The managed
services (MS) solution enables centralized management of large number of enterprise
customer networks through a remote network operations center (R-NOC) facility. The
solution provides multi-tenancy with each customer having secure and private access
with its own IP-address-space and devices inventory. The RNOC solution has extensive
capabilities for centralized fault, performance and configuration (FCAPS) management
