IP and Optical Transport (Tx) network management solution provides unified network
management across IP & Tx network domains with complex inter-dependence. The
solution supports various types of network elements such as IP routers, switches,
access devices as well as optical transport, aggregation and access devices. It caters to
various network technologies and protocols including IP, MPLS, Ethernet, SDH, DWDM
and OTN etc. It supports interfacing with network devices directly through SNMP,
Syslog, Telnet, SSH or indirectly through vendor-specific EMS API’s using CORBA, REST,
Curl, etc.
Network management is simplified with end-to-end visibility across domains
and correlations at IP and optical levels, E2E services & optical trailsthereby, improving
the operational efficiency and enhancing user control. The solution provides E2E
service view along with protection options and path parameters. It gives detailed
visibility of all logical paths passing individual links and enables advance correlations to
trace service impact quickly.
